Shipping Policy

Domestic (US)
We ship domestic orders within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. We offer USPS first class (standard) and priority (upgraded) shipping. USPS does not guarantee their own delivery times so we cannot either, but generally speaking, USPS first class takes 3-5 business days while USPS priority takes 1-3 business days. If you need your order in a rush, please leave us a note during checkout and we will prioritize your order to make sure we can put it in the mail as early as possible. 

International (Outside of US)
We currently ship to all Canada, South America, the UK and most European countries, and Australia. If you don't see your country on here, please contact us at support@cookiecutterkdom and we'll add your location to our list. International shipping times vary due to each country's custom checks. We will ship your orders out the same time as the domestic orders. Below are a few rough timeframes that we have experienced:

  • Canada - 1 to 2 weeks
  • UK - 1 to 2 weeks
  • European Countries (France, Germany) - 2 to 4 weeks
  • Australia - 2 to 5 weeks
  • South America - 2 to 4 weeks 

Returns Policy

Returns
For orders under $25, we don't accept returns because we don't want to put you through the hassle of mailing a returned product! Instead, all we require is a picture showing a damaged or incorrect cutter, and we'll send you a replacement free of charge. 

For larger orders over $25, please contact us at support@cookiecutterkdom.com and we'll handle your inquiry on a case by case basis. We will either send you a free replacement cutter(s) or we will ask for the product to be returned. Either way, we'll pay for the shipping and make sure that you get your needs resolved 100% of the time!

Non-returnable items include gift cards

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
